A full continuum of care.
Most clients begin with detox and step down through residential, PHP, and IOP. The actual length is determined by clinical need and what your insurance authorizes, not a fixed window. Detox runs at a dedicated site less than three miles from the Scottsdale residential campus, where PHP and IOP are also held.
Medical Detox
24/7 supervised withdrawal management for alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines. Stimulant detox is rarely medically necessary; most stimulant clients enter directly into residential or PHP.

Residential Treatment
Inpatient care with individual therapy, group therapy, and clinical programming six days a week. Cannabis use disorder is treated alongside alcohol, opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and prescription drugs.
Typically up to 30 days
Partial Hospitalization
PHP. Day treatment with structured clinical hours, returning to housing in the evenings.
2 to 4 weeks
Intensive Outpatient
IOP. Five days a week of clinical programming, three hours per session, while returning to work or family.
